We do not store your card PIN, CVV, or online banking credentials. Failed or reversed payments may result in cancellation of your order.

Delivery times provided by Ojaboy are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, market conditions, vendor availability, public holidays, and events beyond our reasonable control.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. Risk in the products passes to you upon successful delivery.

Fresh produce naturally varies in size, color, weight, shape, and ripeness. Such natural variations do not constitute defects.

Where an ordered item is unavailable, Ojaboy may contact you for an alternative, remove the unavailable item from your order, or refund the affected item where applicable.

Ojaboy provides AI-powered services including market insights, product recommendations, and price trend analysis. These features are intended for informational purposes only.

Although we strive for accuracy, AI-generated information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated. You should not rely solely on AI-generated recommendations when making purchasing or financial decisions.
